The playground for kids is a nice feature, keeping them entertained. Rooms were a bit outdated, and parking is tight. it's a decent place for families.

Location is perfect for walking to downtown attractions. The children's playground was a nice touch. The parking situation is tight, especially for larger vehicles.

I arrived at a supposedly nice resort, only to find our assigned building in terrible shape—filthy carpets, a disgusting bathroom, and a pool that was closed. Totally not what I signed up for; it felt misleading and really disappointing.

The room was huge and perfect for a romantic getaway. There was a nice little kitchenette so we could make breakfast together.
It wasn't the cheapest stay but definitely worth it for the experience.

A mixed bag, but with shining moments. The staff excelled—welcoming, friendly, and attentive, especially the front desk team on Saturday evening. Facilities like the indoor pool and laundry were impressive and well-maintained. My rental had a cozy king bed and a warm fireplace, adding charm. But the initial room mix-up was troubling, not to mention the less desirable building we were placed in. Cleanliness left something to be desired; dust and odors were concerning. A room's condition matters. This could be a fantastic stay with a few adjustments. For families, the kitchen supplies were more than adequate. Would I recommend? Absolutely, but with caution about room assignments.

The beds at Gatlinburg Town Square are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after exploring the area.

The room was an unexpected disappointment. The bed felt like a full-size instead of a queen, and it sank in the middle, making sleep difficult. The kitchenette was well-stocked, which was a nice touch. the fridge was too small and struggled to keep drinks cold. the room showed signs of wear, with noticeable stains on the towels. Noise from the adjacent room was somewhat disruptive due to a thin connecting door. While the location was great, a few key elements, especially comfort, left much to be desired during this stay.

When we arrived at Town Square, we were immediately struck by the cozy sitting area in the lobby. It had a warm ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The sink in our room was a bit small, making it a bit challenging to wash up comfortably. the free toiletries provided were basic and could be improved with better quality options. One major highlight for us was the convenient laundry facilities available on multiple floors. It made it easy for us to freshen up our clothes after a day of activities. our experience at Town Square was pleasant, thanks to the comfortable sitting area and the convenience of free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.

Free Wi-Fi and comfy beds, but parking is a tight squeeze.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-kept and give a nice homey feel, despite feeling a bit cramped.
Room views were of trees or walls, not what I expected.

Our one-bedroom condo was immaculate and perfect for our getaway! The indoor pool was so warm and the kids had a blast swimming at night. The staff was genuinely sweet and super responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable!
Can just recommend ❤️😊

Great location near attractions. Cold water and noisy alarms ruined the stay.

The gorgeous view from the balcony overlooking the brook was a highlight, and the spa tub was impeccably clean—thank you for that! The kitchen was well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals. the experience was marred by a dirty carpet and a pull-out couch mattress that clearly needed replacing. Complaints went unaddressed, and the lack of cleanliness left a sour taste. A room swap wasn’t offered without extra charges, which felt unfair. While the location was great for our family gathering, the inconsistencies definitely put a damper on the trip.

The room was spacious and clean, with super comfy beds that made for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main area. The shower was a highlight - fantastic water pressure and temperature made for a refreshing experience.
Housekeeping never showed up during our 4-night stay, leaving us to request towels and take out our own trash. The early morning dumpster emptying right outside our room was disruptive, with staff not addressing our concerns effectively.

Had a blast with my squad in walking distance to all the lit nightlife and shopping in Gatlinburg. Chillin' at the indoor and outdoor pools was dope. Loved streaming flicks on the cable TV and DVD player in the room!
Wish they had a boombox or speakers in the room for some sick party vibes! .

Our recent stay at the family-friendly resort within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg was fantastic. The cozy rooms featured a delightful indoor pool and a fun outdoor pool for the kids to splash around in. the in-room entertainment, including cable TV and a DVD player, kept our little ones entertained during downtime.
My children wanted more organized kids' activities.

I really enjoyed my stay at the rustic mountain condo. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. The balcony with table and chairs provided a peaceful spot to enjoy the surroundings. I'll recommend this hotel.

Had a comfy room with a coffee pot and kitchen supplies on arrival, which made settling in easy. Location was great, close to amenities and attractions.
Disappointing outdated facilities and cleanliness issues like cobwebs and accumulated dirt. Maintenance problems like shower door coming off track and uneven walkways.

the room was beautiful and cozy - with a fireplace and a great location just far enough from the noise of downtown. the friendly front desk guy even provided us with a wine opener and glasses. it's a great spot for a budget stay.

both times were wonderful. it’s like home but at the best location! you can walk anywhere on the strip fairly quickly and you always have a clean & quiet room with a full kitchen & a comfy bed waiting. we’ve experienced a beautiful one bedroom with jacuzzi, separate standup shower & fireplace as well a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath & fireplace. the customer service is phenomenal & we will always recommend this place! the heat/air & fireplace are adjustable & work well. when you’re ready to check-out just put any used dishes in the dishwasher & drop off your trash in a bin right outside your door. it’s easy & so worth the money!
Can’t fault the property in any way 😊

My stay at this Gatlinburg timeshare resort was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, offering easy access to The Smoky Mountains and all of their breathtaking beauty. The resort itself had everything I needed - from free Wi-Fi in the rooms to a convenient on-site car park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary facilities. The best part? Being within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, where I could explore the charming streets and enjoy a variety of dining options. The proximity to Pigeon Forge was an added bonus, allowing me to easily visit this popular tourist destination. my experience at this resort was exceptional, offering the perfect combination of nature, convenience, and comfort.
The elevator in the phase 2 building was a bit slow and could use an update.

I gazed upon a three-story waterfall cascading down the stone tower, offering a warm Southern welcome. I enjoyed resort living with a touch of vivid beauty.
I missed the delightful view of a brick wall from my room; it was such a lovely surprise.

Great amenities - indoor and outdoor swimming, ping pong, basketball, fire pit, and more. Spacious rooms with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large balcony for hanging out.
Felt so comfortable, no complaint.
